The Pizzeria Ca'Piana overlooks the splendid Piazza Jervis in Villar Pellice (TO), in a historic building that has welcomed, over the decades, residents and tourists first as an inn and then as a restaurant and brewery.

Since June 2012, the restaurant's offering has been enriched with pizzas made with fresh ingredients, local products and doughs characterized by various types of flours (type 1 wheat, buckwheat, spelt, 5 cereals, hemp and Senatore Cappelli).

The attention to the promotion of local products has allowed Ca'Piana to open collaborations with local producers, giving life to extremely innovative, digestible and tasty pizzas, but mixed and cooked in the tradition.

Among the pizzeria's proposals, the calzone with trout, the pizza with bagnacaoda, the pizza with local cheeses such as fresh sarass, toma, goat's blue and pizza with mustardela from the Waldensian valleys stand out. The sweet pizzas also refer to typical recipes and are accompanied by homemade desserts.

Those with a sweet tooth will be able to order a pizza round, with pizzas with different doughs and ingredients, enjoying a complete tasting experience.

Even celiacs will find a pizza dough suitable for their needs and bottled beer, although, due to the presence of various types of flour, the place cannot be considered gluten free.

The atmosphere of Ca'Piana is made even warmer by the ancient vaults of the internal room, while the external dehors offers a view of the square and the mountains. The restaurant is only open for dinner and closed on Tuesdays. For lunch only for groups or events by reservation.

You are welcome between history and innovation.
